The "topper" is a sneak peak at my baby's birthday card (she will be 8 in a few days!!??) So after the event, I will post the whole card... but for now, we have Just Us Girls Challenge #169 - New Year's Theme With Sparkle. As you know I'm all about SPARKLE!
