This week at Just Add Ink, there is a colour challenge.
The Baked Brown Sugar and Very Vanilla was easy... the challenge (for me) was adding the Coastal Cabana. I threw the ingredients together and here's what happened.
I do quite like the way it turned out.
The image is from "Simply Sketched" a gorgeous hostess exclusive set. Contact me to see how you can get this for free!
Until next time,

Marlene, this is GORGEOUS! I love how you've offset the ovals, and used the ribbons- they pair beautifully. Thanks for playing along with us at Just Add Ink this week!
ReplyDeleteI really like what you've done with the Ovals too. I may have to try this. Carolyn x
ReplyDeleteGreat use of the ovals Marlene and l love the grungy, but pretty feel of your card. Thanks for joining in with this weeks challenge at JAI.
ReplyDeleteThe grunged card works beautifully with the "sketched" look of this stamp. I have it and it hasn't seen ink yet. You have inspired me to pull it out and get creating! Thanks for playing at JAI ♥
ReplyDeleteThis is just beautiful Marlene! You've combined these colours perfectly and the oval frame you've created for your lovely coloured flower is fabulous! Thanks for joining us at just Add Ink this week!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and a lovely way to use the ovals. It's very effective. I love that ruffled trim. Chantell JAI
ReplyDeleteGoodness those offset ovals make a super striking frame for that sweet poppy Marlene! Love the earthy feel that you carry through with the burlap ribbon and twine. Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink.
