Merry Mojo 266

 

Greetings indeed!  I have returned from my first ever Heartfelt event! Wow!

I will have to rave about that next post (seriously, I could win another stamp set if I do...) but for now I will post my Monday Mojo 266 that has been sitting on my desk for about four days now...

 

Gotta be Christmas...

Something Sweet

The card I made today is for CASology 

 and also for Dynamic Duos

This is VERY clean and Simple, although I think I went about it the hard way. But I have discovered that I need more mounting (foam) tape.

The "jar" is made by cutting out the top layer and top of card base with the Cannery Set jar die and then putting window sheet, foam tape and another layer of window sheet. It's less complex than I am trying to explain. The candies in the jar are Magnolia brand not Stampin' Up! (oh no! I hear you say!) coloured with Gumball Green and Raspberry Ripple ink from a (clear) Stampin' Up! Blender Pen. 

So, the jar is see through to the inside of the card so I stamped the candies 8 times and stuck them back to back to create four double sided lollies. 

It really was simple - I promise!
